摘要
随着目前我国市场经济的迅速发展,在给企业的经济发展带来机遇的同时也带来了不小的挑战,目前我国企业的竞争大多是依靠人力资源,所以说做好人力资源的管理工作就显得至关重要。基于此,论文简要分析了企业人力资源管理中激励机制在应用过程当中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决措施。
With the rapid development of market economy in China,it brings not only opportunities but also challenges to the economic development of enterprises.At present,the competition of enterprises in our country mostly depends on human resources,so it is very important to do a good job in the management of human resources.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the application of incentive mechanism in enterprise human resources management,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.
