摘要
酒店业属于劳动密集型产业,人力资源是支撑酒店业发展的首要主导性资源。随着近年来我国人口结构的转变,由低廉劳动力所带来的人口红利正逐渐消失。本文对金陵连锁酒店人力资源管理的策略进行分析,最终推论出民族品牌酒店人力资源管理在人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理、员工关系等模块的优化措施。
Hotel industry belongs to labor-intensive industry, and human resources are the primary dominant resources to support the development of hotel industry. With the change of population structure in recent years, the demographic dividend brought by low-cost labor force is gradually disappearing. This paper analyses the strategy of human resource management in Jinling Chain Hotel, and finally deduces the optimization measures of human resource management in the modules of human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare management, employee relationship and so on.
