摘要
目的探讨苦参汤坐浴联合紫草油治疗湿热下注型肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法将我院2018年1月-2019年1月期间诊治的86例湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组43例采用苦参汤坐浴治疗,试验组43例采用苦参汤坐浴联合紫草油外涂治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的瘙痒积分、湿疹面积积分以及皮损状态积分均有所改善,且试验组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者采用苦参汤坐浴联合紫草油外涂治疗具有更好的疗效,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kushen Decoction hip bath plus Lithospermum oil in the treatment of perianal eczema with Damp-heat injection.Methods 86 cases of perianal eczema with Damp-heat injection were divided into two groups by random number table from January 2018 to January 2019.43 cases in the control group were treated with Kushen Decoction sitz bath and 43 cases in the experimental group were treated with Kushen Decoction sitz bath combined with Lithospermum oil external application.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of the two groups were 95.35%and 81.40%respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,itching score,eczema area score and skin lesion state score of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Compared with Kushen Decoction hip bath,Kushen Decoction hip bath combined with Lithospermum oil external application can achieve better therapeutic effect for patients with Damp-heat injection perianal eczema,which has important clinical application value.
