摘要
目的探讨苦参汤加减熏洗治疗对肛周湿疹患者止痒效果及炎性因子的影响.方法将2020年1月—2021年7月该院收治的80例湿热下注型肛周湿疹患者纳入研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和中药熏洗组,各40例.对照组采用曲安奈德益康唑乳膏进行治疗,中药熏洗组采用苦参汤加减熏洗治疗,均连续治疗2周.疗程结束后对比两组疗效、症状积分、瘙痒程度评分以及血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平.结果中药熏洗组的治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,中药熏洗组的瘙痒程度评分、症状积分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,中药熏洗组的IL-4、IFN-γ水平均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论苦参汤加减熏洗治疗肛周湿疹患者的止痒效果较好,有助于减轻患者临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,有较好的抗炎效果.
Objective To investigate the antipruritic effect and the influence of inflammatory factors in patients with perianal eczema treated with Kushen Decoction.Methods A total of 80 patients with damp-heat perianal eczema who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were included in the study,and were divided into a control group and a traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream,and the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing group was treated with Kushen Decoction modified and subtracted fumigation and washing.Both were treated continuously for two weeks.After the course of treatment,the curative effect,symptom score,itching degree score,and serum interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine fumigation and washing group was 97.50%higher than 85.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the itching degree score and symptom score of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Kushen Decoction has a good antipruritic effect in the treatment of patients with perianal eczema,which helps to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has a good anti-inflammatory effect.
