摘要
以苯丙醇和萘酚为原料,经6步反应合成盐酸达泊西汀,总收率达17.2%。采用元素分析、红外光谱、LC/MS和1H-NMR分析技术,对产物的分子结构进行了表征。该路线原料易得,操作简便,适合工业化生产。
Dapoxetine hydrochloride was synthesized from phenylpropanol and 1-naphthol via six steps reactions,the total yield was 17.2%.The molecular structure was characterized by elementary analysis,infrared spectroscopy,LC/MS and 1H-NMR analysis.The synthetic route made use of the raw materials which were cheap and easy to get,besided each reaction was simple,applicable and more suitable for large-scale industrial production.
