摘要
目的:本研究通过检测血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)与廋素含量及达泊西汀治疗后以上指标的表达水平,了解它们与早泄(PE)的相关性。方法:收集天津市人民医院泌尿外科门诊2016年6月~2018年8月诊治的PE患者60例,其中30例单纯PE患者(A组),平均年龄(33.10±5.88)岁;30例为PE合并勃起功能障碍(ED)患者(B组),平均年龄(31.33±5.87)岁。另选取30例健康志愿者为对照组(C组),平均年龄(31.67±5.21)岁。检测各组血清中5-HT和瘦素的含量。A、B组应用达泊西汀(30 mg,性生活前1~3 h按需口服)治疗8周后再次检测血清中5-HT和瘦素的含量。比较治疗前及A、B组治疗前后血清中5-HT和瘦素的含量差异。结果:治疗前A组与B组比较5-HT和瘦素的含量无显著性差异,两组5-HT明显低于C组(P=0.00),而瘦素明显高于C组(P=0.00)。应用达泊西汀治疗8周后,5-HT明显升高(P=0.00),瘦素明显降低(P=0.00)。结论:本研究进一步证实了SSIR类药物达泊西汀能够明显改善PE患者主观感受,提高生活质量。与治疗前相比血清标记物5-HT明显升高,瘦素明显降低,与患者感官保持一致。随着研究的深入,5-HT和瘦素有望成为PE患者诊断的标记物,能够进一步指导临床工作。
Objective: To examine the correlation between the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and leptin in serum and the expression levels of the above indicators after treatment with dapoxetine to understand their correlation with premature ejaculation(PE). Method: A total of 60 PE patients treated in the Urology Outpatient Department of Tianjin Union Medical Center from June 2016 to August 2018 were collected, of which 30 were PE patients(group A), with an average age of(33.10±5.88) years;30 cases were PE with erection dysfunction(ED) patients(group B), mean age(31.33±5.87) years. Another 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group(group C), with an average age of(31.67±5.21) years. The contents of 5-HT and leptin in the serum of all groups were detected. The A and B groups were tested with 5-HT and leptin again after 8 weeks of treatment with dapoxetine(30 mg, Oral on demand 1-3 h before sexual life). The difference of 5-HT and leptin before and after treatment were compared. Result: There was no significant difference in the levels of 5-HT or leptin between the A and B groups before treatment. The 5-HT in the A and B groups were significantly lower than that in the C group, while leptin was significantly higher than that in the C group. After 8 weeks of treatment with dapoxetine, the 5-HT significantly elevated, while the leptin significantly decreased. Conclusion: This study further confirmed that the SSIR drug dapoxetine can significantly improve the subjective feelings of PE patients and improve their quality of life. Compared with pre-treatment, 5-HT significantly elevated, while leptin significantly reduced, consistent with the patient’s sense. With the deepening of research, 5-HT and leptin are expected to become the diagnosis markers of PE patients, which can further guide the clinical work.
