摘要
目的:观察逍遥散联合耳穴压豆治疗伴焦虑抑郁头痛的临床疗效。方法:将240例伴焦虑抑郁头痛的患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组120例。对照组采用常规西药西比灵治疗,观察组采用逍遥散联合耳穴压豆进行治疗,两组均连续治疗2周,治疗结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分、疼痛持续时间、疼痛频率、HAMA评分及HAMD评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组疼痛持续时间、疼痛频率以及VAS、HAMA及HAMD各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为90.83%,明显高于对照组的75.83%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散联合耳穴压豆治疗伴焦虑抑郁头痛的疗效显著,并可显著降低患者VAS评分、疼痛持续时间、疼痛频率、HAMA评分及HAMD评分,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyaosan combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on headache with anxiety and depression.Methods:240 patients with headache accompanied by anxiety and/or depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,120 cases in each group.The cases in the control group were treated with sibelium,while the cases in the observation group were treated with Xiaoyaosan combined with ear point pressing beans.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks,and the curative effect was evaluated after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,pain duration,pain frequency,HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate(90.83%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that(75.83%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyaosan combined with ear acupoint pressing beans is effective in treating headache with anxiety and depression,and can significantly reduce VAS score,pain duration,pain frequency,HAMA score and HAMD score,which is worthy of clinical application.
