摘要
目的分析散结消瘿方内服联合中药外敷在亚急性甲状腺炎治疗中的效果。方法抽取2018年3月至2021年3月于烟台市烟台山医院收治的亚急性甲状腺炎患者134例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组67例。对照组行散结消瘿方内服,观察组行散结消瘿方内服联合中药外敷。比较两组症状改善情况、甲状腺功能、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、促甲状腺受体抗体(TRAb)水平、抗甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPOAb)水平、中医证候积分、疗效及痊愈患者短期复发率。结果与对照组比较,观察组症状明显改善,有效率较高[91.04%(61/67)比73.13%(49/67)],复发率较低[5.26%(2/67)比30.00%(9/67)],P<0.05;观察组血清促甲状腺激素、ESR、TRAb、TPOAb、中医证候积分降低,血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素水平升高(P<0.05)。结论散结消瘿方内服联合中药外敷可改善亚急性甲状腺炎患者的甲状腺功能,效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of Sanjie Xiaoying formula combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods A total of 134 patients with subacute thyroiditis admitted to Yantaishan Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were divided into control and observation groups according to random number table method,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sanjie Xiaoying formula,while the observation group was treated with Sanjie Xiaoying formula combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The symptoms,thyroid function,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),thyroid receptor antibody(TRAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,efficacy and short-term recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the symptoms of the observation group were significantly improved,and the effective rate was higher,91.04%(61/67)vs.73.13%(49/67),and the recurrence rate was lower,5.26%(2/67)vs.30.00%(9/67),P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the levels of serum thyrotropin,ESR,TRAb,TPOAb,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were decreased,while the levels of serum free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine were increased(P<0.05).Conclusions Sanjie Xiaoying formula combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine can improve thyroid function of patients with subacute thyroiditis.
