摘要
头痛的病因病机虽然复杂多样,但"伤于风者,上先受之""高巅之上,惟风可到",可见致头痛的首要病因非风邪莫属,头痛当从风论治。中医讲究辨证论治,外感型(风寒、风热、风湿等)宜祛外风,内伤型(痰浊、瘀血、血虚、肝阳上亢、肝肾阴虚等)宜熄内风。分析说明不同证型头痛从风论治皆有其有效的理论与方法。
Though etiology and pathogenesis of headache is miscellaneous, ＂affecting the upper part of the body firstly, who attracted by the wind＂, ＂only the wind could reach the top＂, the chief pathogenesis of headache is wind pathogen. So the treatment with headache should from the wind. Traditional Chinese medicine stress treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation, the form of external infection （ wind-cold, wind-heat, wind-wet etc ） should remove the wind outside, the form of emotional strains （ phlegm-fluid retention, blood stasis, blood deficiency, hyperactivity of liver Yang, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin etc ） should subside internal wind. It analyses and explains the treatment with headache from the wind that has effect theory and method.
