摘要
目的：观察乌红天麻种麻对小鼠的镇痛作用及其与剂量的关系。方法：通过热板法和扭体法，测定小鼠热板致痛和化学致痛的痛阈值。结果：乌红天麻种麻可显著提高小鼠的痛阈值，且呈剂量依赖性。结论：乌红天麻种麻有明显镇痛作用。
Objective： To observe the analgesia action of WHGS in mice and the relation between the action and its dose. Method： To use the method of hot plate and turning round the body to determine the threshold of pain that was coused by hot plate or acetic acid in mice. Result： WHGS can increase the threshold of pain markedly in mice and this action depends on its dose. Conclusion： WHGS has obvious analgesia action.
