摘要
为了比较云南不同地域三七中皂苷类成分的含量.采用Waters Symmetry RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长203 nm,柱温30℃.采自云南16个不同地域的32批次三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rd五者总量均大于7.0%.按现行《中国药典》标准,云南红河、昆明、曲靖、大理种植的三七均符合规定要求.采用三七总皂苷(已标注各成分含量)替代单一成分对照品不但能保障测定结果准确,而且大大降低实验费用;检测的5个指标成分既是三七的主要成分,也是主要的活性成分,对提高不同地区的中药三七的质量评价具有重要意义.
This research compares the content of saponins in the plant of Panax notoginseng from different regions in Yunnan province.The Waters Sym0metry RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used,with a liquid mixture of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase in a gradient mode.The detection-wavelength was 203 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The total contents of notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1,Rd in the plant of 16 batches of Panax notoginseng from different regions in Yunnan province were over 7.0%.According to the current Chinese pharmacopoeia standard,the content of saponins in the plant of Panax notoginseng from Honghe,Kunming,Qujing and Dali in Yunnan province is up to the standard.This experiment is accurate and economical for the assessment of the main active ingredients of Panax notoginseng.
