摘要
对第一批齐鲁工匠批判性思维倾向的测量结果显示,齐鲁大工匠的批判性思维倾向(CTD)得分明显高于齐鲁工匠,二者的CTD得分又明显高于其他一线技术工人,而一线技术工人的CTD得分高于山东省大学生的平均水平。在排除其他干扰因素的情况下,可初步验证理论假设,批判性思维是齐鲁工匠人才的一个重要特征,是高质量创造性劳动的重要相关因素,批判性思维倾向表现较强的工人更容易在劳动实践中选择创造性劳动,进而创造出创新型的劳动成果。在新时代背景下,要提高青年一代的劳动兴趣,除了勉励青年勤奋劳动、诚实劳动之外,更重要、也更有效的方法是提高创造性劳动对新时代青年的吸引力,而加强批判性思维倾向培育、强化批判性思维技能训练,是提升创造性劳动层次的一个关键环节。这一研究结论为推进齐鲁工匠建设工程提供了数据支持,对于工会职工培训和技能竞赛、企业人力资源管理和企业创新活动管理、家庭与社会的创新文化建设等都具有启示意义。
The measurement results of the first batch of Qilu Artisans’CTD(critical thinking disposition)showed that the CTD score of Qilu Super Artisans was significantly higher than that of Qilu artisans,and the CTD scores of the two were significantly higher than that of other front-line skilled workers,while the CTD scores of front-line workers were higher than the average of college students in Shandong Province.In the case of excluding other interference factors,the theoretical assumption can be preliminarily verified that critical thinking is an important quality of Qilu Artisan talents and the vital correlation factor of high-quality creative labor,now that workers with strong CTD are more likely to choose creative labor in labor practice and thus innovative labor results.In the context of the new era,to improve the young generation’s labor interest,in addition to encouraging young people to work hard and honestly,more importantly and more effectively is to improve the attractiveness of creative labor to young people.To strengthen the disposition of critical thinking and to cultivate and strengthen critical thinking skills training are key links to enhance the level of creative labor.This research conclusion provides data support for the promotion of Qilu Artisans Construction Project,and has enlightenment significance for trade unions’workers training and skill competition,enterprise human resource management and innovation activity management,family and social innovation culture construction.
