摘要
目的观察中药复方益气复元汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法对在河北省石家庄长兴医院接受诊疗的59例溃疡性结肠炎患者进行回顾性分析,其中接受口服益气复元汤治疗31例为中药组,口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗患者共28例,为西药组。治疗两个疗程后观察两组临床疗效,并对两组治疗前后主要临床症状、疾病活动指数Mayo评分、大肠黏膜Baron内镜评分及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果治疗后中药组总有效率96.78%,西药组总有效率78.58%,临床效果中药组高于西药组(P<0.05);两组治疗后主要临床症状均有所改善,以中药组效佳(P<0.05);两组治疗后疾病活动度Mayo评分、Baron内镜评分均明显降低(P<0.05),中药组作用较佳;两组患者不良反应发生率均较低,其中中药组9.68%,西药组不良反应发生率为21.43%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气复元汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者临床症状及结肠病变。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment with the herb compound Yiqi Fuyuan Decoction on patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods The clinical retrospective study was performed in 59 cases with ulcerative colitis Changxing Hospital of Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province,among which 31 cases receiving treatment of the herb compound Yiqi Fuyuan Decoction as the TCM group,the other 28 cases receiving Mesalazine enteric coated tablets as Western medicines group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after 2 courses of treatment,and the main clinical symptoms,disease activity index Mayo scores,Baron endoscopy scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.78%in the TCM group and 78.58%in the Western medicine group.The clinical effect in the TCM group was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the main clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved,and the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,Mayo score and Baron endoscopic score were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the effect of TCM group was better.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in both groups,which was 9.68%in the TCM group and 21.43%in Western medicine group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment with Yiqi Fuyuan Decoction on patients suffering from ulcerative colitis is safe and effective.
