摘要
目的采用内镜对末端回肠病变患者进行检查,并对检查结果进行分析。方法2016年3月—2019年6月,选择内镜诊疗中心检查的2878例患者作为观察对象,采用单人结肠镜操作法进行检查。从患者回肠末端病变的检出率、结肠镜检查与疾病最终确诊的符合率等方面进行分析,并分析不同症状与各类回肠末端病的对应关系。结果在检出率方面,在2878例患者中,总计有121例患者检测末端回肠病变,检出率为4.2%。在结肠镜检查与疾病最终确诊的符合率方面,末端回肠炎、溃疡、息肉和肿瘤的符合率均为100%。各类末端回肠病变患者的症状表现各异,如在便血方面,肿瘤患者的便血发生率为100%。结论内镜检查适用于多种末端回肠疾病的检查和诊断。
Objective Endoscopic examination was performed on patients with terminal ileal lesions,and the results were analyzed.Methods From March 2016 to June 2019,2878 patients who were examined in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment center were selected as the observation objects,and the single colonoscopy operation was used for the examination.The detection rate of patients with terminal ileal diseases,the coincidence rate of colonoscopy and the final diagnosis of the disease and other aspects were analyzed,and the corresponding relationship between different symptoms and various terminal ileal diseases was analyzed.Results In terms of detection rate,among 2878 patients,a total of 121 patients were tested for terminal ileal lesions,with a detection rate of 4.2%.In terms of the coincidence rate between colonoscopy and the final diagnosis of the disease,the coincidence rate of terminal ileitis,ulcer,polyp and tumor was 100%.The symptoms of patients with various terminal ileal diseases were different.For example,the incidence of hematochezia in tumor patients was 100%.Conclusion Endoscopy is suitable for the diagnosis of various terminal ileal diseases.
