摘要
公共场所环保标识语能够反映当地的语言环境、人文环境、文化品味等信息。当前公共场所环保标识语的英文翻译准确性较差,影响环保标识语规范化。分析规范化的英文环保标识语翻译对我国发展的意义,剖析公共场所英文环保标识语规范化过程中存在的词汇拼写错误、语境错位、用词错误等问题,针对上述问题提出公共场所英文环保标识语规范化策略,为提高公共场所英语标识语的翻译质量贡献力量。
Environmental protection signs in public places can reflect the local language environment, human environment, cultural taste and other information. At present, the English translation accuracy of environmental protection logos in public places is poor, which affects the standardization of environmental protection logos. This paper analyzes the significance of standardized translation of English environmental marks to the development of our country, the problems existing in the process of standardization of English environmental marks in public places, such as lexical spelling errors, contextual misplacement and word errors, and puts forward some strategies for standardizing English environmental signs in public places, so as to contribute to improving the translation quality of English signs in public places.
