摘要
以494名免费教育师范生为被试,采用大学生学习适应量表和青少年学习倦怠量表评定其学习适应和学习倦怠,应用分层回归和优势分析考察学习适应与学习倦怠的关系。结果显示:男女生在教学模式,学习能力,学习态度,环境因素和学业疏离上得分存在显著差异;在学习态度和低成就感上得分存在年级差异;学习适应各维度与学习倦怠各因子均呈显著负相关。层次回归分析显示:控制人口学变量后,学习适应与学习倦怠关系密切。进一步的优势分析表明:学习适应不同维度对学习倦怠不同方面存在影响不同。其中预测身心耗竭时,教学模式相对来说更重要,贡献了已解释方差的36.72%;预测学业疏离时,学习态度相对来说更重要,贡献了已解释方差的38.03%;预测低成就感时,学习动机相对来说更重要,贡献了已解释方差的58.78%。
In order to provide references to promoting motivation and maintaining free educational normal university students’mental health.Samples of 494 free educational normal university students were surveyed with learning adjustment test of undergraduate for learning adjustment,and adolescent student burnout inventory for study burnout.The relationship between learning adjustment and burnout was calculated by hierarchical regression analysis and dominance analysis.The results showed that:there did exist significant difference between genders in mode of teaching,learning ability,learning attitude,learning environment,and learning cynicism(cohen’s d>0.2),there did exist significant difference between grades in learning attitude,and reduced efficacy(cohen’s f>0.1);The scores of dimensions of learning adjustment were significant negatively correlated with factors of burnout(P<0.01);Hierarchical regression analysis indicated that learning adjustment was closely related with burnout beyond demographics variables;Dominance analysis further indicated that the various dimensions of learning adjustment may have different influence on the different aspects of burnout.When predicting exhaustion 36.72%of the predicted variance was attributed to mode of teaching;when predicting learning cynicism 38.03%of the predicted variance was attributed to learning attitude;when predicting reduced efficacy 58.78%of the predicted variance was attributed to learning motivation.
