摘要
为探讨隐性知识与企业核心竞争力的关系,调查山西省运城、临汾、晋城、侯马50家高新技术企业,采用相关分析和层次回归分析等方法检验隐性知识获取水平、组织学习与核心竞争力的关系。研究结果表明:隐性知识获取水平对核心竞争力有正向影响,且技能类隐性知识影响高于认知类隐性知识;组织学习对企业核心竞争力有显著正向影响;认知类隐性知识获取对组织学习有正向影响,技能类隐性知识获取对组织学习有正向影响;组织学习在隐性知识获取水平与核心竞争力的关系中起部分中介作用。
In order to explore the relationship between tacit knowledge and competitiveness, the author investigates fifty high-tech enterprises located in Yuncheng、 Linfen、 Jincheng and Houma in Shanxi province, and uses the methods of relation analysis and regression analysis to examine the relationship among tacit knowledge acquisition, organizational learning and core competitiveness. The results show that tacit knowledge acquisition has significant effects on core competitiveness, and technical tacit knowledge has greater effects compared with cognitive tacit knowledge;organizational learning has significant effects on core competitiveness;cognitive tacit knowledge has effects on organizational learning while technical tacit knowledge has greater effects on organizational learning;organizational learning plays a mediating effect between tacit knowledge acquisition and core competitiveness.
