羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥对草莓生长和果实品质的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为明确羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥在草莓栽培上的应用效果,采用羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥和商品氨基酸肥进行盆栽草莓追肥试验,研究不同浓度羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥和商品氨基酸肥对不同时期草莓的营养生长、叶绿素含量以及对果实品质的影响。结果表明,羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥(游离氨基酸含量0.364 g/L)在低温时显著促进草莓株高和叶面积提高,并且在适宜的温度下,该处理能够提升草莓叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)。而所有增施氨基酸肥的处理均能够提高草莓果实品质,施用羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥(游离氨基酸含量0.364 g/L)的草莓可溶性糖、糖酸比和Vc含量显著高于其他处理。羽毛生物降解氨基酸肥作为新型生物肥料具有应用潜力。 To study the application effect of biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feather on strawberry cultivation,pot experiments using biodegradable amino acid fertilizer and commodity amino acid fertilizer as topdressing fertilizer were carried out.Influence of different concentrations of biodegradable amino acid fertilizer and commodity amino acid fertilizer on strawberry vegetative growth,chlorophyll content and fruit quality at different periods was analyzed.The results showed that the biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feather with free amino acid content of 0.364 g/L significantly improved strawberry plant height and leaf area at low temperature.In the appropriate temperature,the treatment improved strawberries chlorophyll relative content(SPAD).All treatments using amino acid fertilizer improved the quality of strawberry fruit,however,the soluble sugar,sugar acid ratio and Vc content of strawberry under watering biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feathers with free amino acid content of 0.364 g/L were significantly higher than those of other treatments.Biodegradable amino acid fertilizer from feather has application potential as a new kind of biological fertilizer.
