一种鸡蛋氨基酸发酵液在浸种催芽、育苗和盆栽花卉上的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为丰富氨基酸肥料的种类,提高废物利用率,增加产业附加值,本文以废弃蛋液作为基本材料,设置了浸种催芽、育苗及盆栽花卉叶面喷施试验,研究鸡蛋发酵氨基酸液的应用效果。结果表明:鸡蛋氨基酸液的稀释浓度为100倍时其种子发芽率最高,达到100.0%,稀释浓度为150倍时其种子发芽势最高,达到96.0%;萝卜在100倍液的处理出苗速度最快,播种2 d后出苗率达到100.0%,小白菜在150倍液的处理出苗速度最快,播种2 d后出苗率达到100.0%;喷施鸡蛋氨基酸液的七星莲叶绿素含量提高11.43%,绿萝叶绿素含量提高13.79%。鸡蛋氨基酸液稀释100~150倍后较为适合催芽浸种,对提高种子发芽率、发芽势、出苗率均有一定的影响,同时对盆栽花卉叶绿素含量提升也有一定的作用,后续可以用来研发高品质氨基酸水溶肥。 In order to enrich the kinds of amino acid fertilizer,improve the utilization rate of waste and increase the added value of industry,this paper took the waste egg liquid as the basic material,and set up seed soaking and germination,seedling raising and potted flower foliar spraying experiments to study the application effect of egg fermentation amino acid liquid.The results showed that when the dilution concentration of egg amino acid solution was 100 times,the seed germination rate was the highest,reaching 100.0%,and when the dilution concentration was 150 times,the seed germination potential was the highest,reaching 96.0%;The treatment of 100 times solution of radish had the fastest emergence rate,and the emergence rate reached 100.0%after 2 days of sowing.The treatment of 150 times solution of pakchoi had the fastest emergence rate,and the emergence rate reached 100.0%after 2 days of sowing;the chlorophyll content of Viola diffusa increased by 11.43%and that of Epipremnum aureum increased by 13.79%.Egg amino acid solution diluted 100-150 times is more suitable for accelerating germination and soaking seeds,which has a certain effect on improving seed germination rate,germination potential and emergence rate,and also has a certain effect on improving chlorophyll content of potted flowers,it could be used to develop high-quality amino acid water-soluble fertilizer.
