摘要
公共参与的程度与水平不仅是检验公共参与有序化的重要标志,也是衡量新时代中国政治文明建设水平的重要标尺。审视公共参与有序化的现代推进,广度、深度、效度的三个空间维度是当前公共参与"合度"的参量定位,从动态的视角回答了公共参与何以"合度"及如何"合度",公共参与有序化也有待于公共参与在广度、深度、效度的三维空间中保持一个合理张力。
The degree and level of public participation is not only an important indicator for testing the ordering of public participation, but also an important scaleplate to measure the level of China’s political civilization construction in the new era. Examining the development of public participation ordering, the three spatial dimensions of breadth, depth and validity are the parametric positioning of the "combination degree" of the current public participation. It answers why and how public participation is "combination degree" from the dynamic perspective. The ordering of public participation also needs to maintain a reasonable tension in the three-dimensional space of breadth, depth and validity.
