摘要 针对目前设施设备管理缺乏设备状态精准管控手段、运检管理水平不足、且传统技术难以解决运维管控当前需求等实际问题,基于在大数据背景下设施运维管理数据统计和分析方法研究,提出了设施设备智能化运维平台体系架构。阐述设施管理数据在建筑设施设备运维管理中应用,将设施设备智能化运维平台作为设施设备管理智能分析决策系统。通过整合设施设备相关系统信息,为设施设备智能化、运维检修智能化和管理智能化提供决策支持,实现设施设备智能化运维。 Based on the research of statistical and analytical methods of facility operation and maintenance management data under the background of large data,an architecture of intelligent operation and maintenance platform for facility equipment is proposed to tackle recent practical problems in facility equipment management,such as lack of precise management and control means of equipment status,inadequate level of operation inspection and management,and new demands which are hard to be solved by traditional technology.In the architecture,the application of facility management data in the operation and maintenance management of building facilities and equipment is described.What’s more,intelligent operation and maintenance platform for facility equipment works as an intelligent analysis and decision-making system of facilities and equipment management in it.The system integrates related information of facilities and equipment to provide decision support for the intellectualization of facilities and equipment on operation,maintenance and management,so that intelligent operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment will be achieved finally.
