摘要
为提高电力系统设备运行可靠性,确保供电质量,每年都会耗费大量投资对电力系统设备进行生产技改、生产大修,从项目管理流程角度对技改大修项目全过程及预算执行开展了大量监测分析工作,对项目进度及预算执行实现了严格把控。国网安徽电力有限公司运营监测(控)中心针对技改大修项目,以技改大修对象即电力设备为出发点,对技改大修项目的有效性及合理性开展监测分析,实现了从电力设备角度进行项目管控的突破,提高了公司的精益化管理水平。
To improve the reliability of power system equipment operation,and ensure the quality of power supply,every year large investment has been made for electric power system equipment production technical reform and production overhaul. From the perspective of project management process,this research large amount of monitoring and analysis were made on the overhaul project process and budget implementation. In Anhui Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,Operating Monitoring( Control) Center,the technological transformation project was taken as the starting point,monitoring and analysis were conducted on the validity and rationality of overhaul project,realizing the breakthrough on project monitoring and improving the level of the lean management of the company.
