残余阳极压脱机机架仿真分析

摘要 残余阳极压脱机是阳极组装生产线中的专用设备之一,主要用于分离残余阳极和钢爪。为了验证机架是否会因外部载荷的施加而变形,文章利用三维建模软件SolidWorks创建机架的三维模型,再用ANSYS对机架做静力学分析和模态分析。分析结果表明,机架在外部载荷的作用下产生的形变属于小变形范围且不会发生共振。仿真结果表明该机架结构设计的合理性和可靠性。 Residual anode pressure-disengaging machine is one of the special equipment in the anode assembly line,mainly used to separate residual anodes and steel claws.In order to verify whether the frame will be deformed due to the application of external load,the three-dimensional model of the frame was created by SolidWorks,and then the static and modal analysis of the rack was carried by ANSYS.The analysis results showed that the deformation caused by the external load of the frame belongs to a small deformation range and resonance does not happen.The simulation results verified the rationality and reliability of the frame structure design.
