摘要
基于模块化设计理念,开发了一款折耳根联合收获机。将整机划分成若干功能模块,通过模块的选择与组合,形成了功能相同但性能不同从而售价不同的折耳根联合收获机;也可形成功能不同的机器如马铃薯联合收获机,中药材联合收获机。该方法为企业开发系列产品提供了一种解决方案,为实现大规模定制下的多功能农业作业机的开发奠定了基础。
A houttuynia cordata combine harvester was designed based on the modular design concept.The machine is divided into several functional modules.Through the selection and combination of modules,the function of houttuynia cordata combine harvester is the same,but its performance is different.It can also form machines with different functions,such as potato combine harvester and traditional Chinese medicine combine harvester.This method provides a solution for enterprises to develop a series of products,and lays a foundation for the development of multi-functional agricultural machines for mass customization.
