摘要
通过对模块化产品定义的讨论 ,引入了工程模糊论方法和层次分析法 ,建立了模块级和产品级模块度评价方法。利用工程模糊综合评判方法得出各模块的模块度 ,采用层次分析法确定各模块对于产品的重要程度 ,通过加权求和得出产品的模块度。产品或模块的模块度可以用来评价并有针对性地改进产品的模块化特性。最后以气动双隔膜泵为例进行了验证和分析。
A method to evaluate the degrees of a product and all the modules in the product was developed by an integrated method of the fuzzy mathematics and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The method determines the degree of all the modules by using the fuzzy theory; while the degree of the whole product is obtained by summing the importance weights of various modules up evaluated by the hierarchy analysis. As an example of case study, a pneumatic double dissepiments pump was evaluated to verify and analysis the method.
