摘要
对山地农业作业机进行了产品族规划,通过基于目的手段关系的功能分解划分了产品族的核心模块和外围模块,并确定了产品族的结构总体布置方案,为具体作业机的模块化设计奠定了基础。基于功能分解确定了联合收割机的模块划分,通过模块的组合实现了功能相同但性能不同的联合收割机设计。本研究为实现大规模定制下的多功能农业作业机的开发奠定了基础。
In the paper,the core and periphery modules are classified based on the planning of product family of miniature agriculture machinery for hilly fields,and the gross structural arrangement scheme is established,which is the basis of modular design of particular agriculture machinery.The module design of the combine harvester is realized by portioning and recombining the modules based on functional decomposition,which provides a solution to the design of different properties with same function.The research has established the foundation for exploring the modular multi-functional agricultural machinery for mass customization.
