丹参酮ⅡA对跟腱损伤模型大鼠肌腱粘连的预防作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究丹参酮ⅡA对肌腱粘连的预防作用和对肌腱愈合的影响。方法将20只跟腱损伤模型大鼠随机分为观察组和对照组各10只,观察组局部注射丹参酮ⅡA注射液0.2mL,对照组注射等量生理盐水。通过大体解剖观察及组织学评价比较两组的肌腱粘连和愈合情况。结果两组大鼠肌腱均顺利愈合。肌腱粘连评分显示观察组较对照组肌腱粘连少,程度轻,差异有统计学意义[(2.9±0.7)分比(4.0±1.6)分,P<0.05]。组织学观察显示,观察组肌腱损伤处炎性细胞浸润少,胶原纤维和成纤维细胞增生比对照组少,排列较规则。结论丹参酮ⅡA可以减少肌腱损伤术后的粘连,且对肌腱愈合无负面影响。 Objective To study the preventive effect of tanshinone ⅡA on tendon adhesion and the effect on tendon healing. Methods Twenty rats with Achilles tendon injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 10 animals in each group. The observation group was injected with 0.2 mL tanshinone ⅡA locally, and the control group was injected with the same amount of saline. The results of tendon adhesion and healing were compared between the two groups by gross anatomical observation and histological evaluation.Results The tendons of rats in both groups healed smoothly. Tendon adhesion score showed that the observation group had fewer tendon adhesion than that of the control group, and the degree of tendon adhesion was mild. The difference was statistically significant[(2.9±0.7) vs(4.0±1.6), P<0.05]. Histological observation revealed that inflammatory cells infiltrated less, collagen fibers and fibroblasts proliferated less and arranged more regularly in the observation group than that of the control group. Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA could reduce adhesion after tendon injury, and has no negative effect on tendon healing.
