摘要
为实现高压力差场合应用的高等级气密封功能,通过对比不同密封技术(包括环氧树脂灌封胶密封技术、O型密封圈密封技术、玻璃焊料光纤密封技术、金属化光纤焊接密封技术)的特点及适用性,总结出最适合高压力差场合应用的光纤穿舱连接器密封技术,即金属化光纤焊接密封技术。重点介绍了金属化光纤焊接密封功能实现所涉及到的主要技术和焊料的选择,通过实例介绍具体实现过程,通过试验验证金属化光纤焊接密封技术可作为高压力差场合应用的光纤穿舱连接器密封技术进行应用。
In order to realize the high-level air-tightness function in the high pressure differential field,by comparing the characteristics and applicability of different sealing technologies(including epoxy resin glue sealing technology,O-ring sealing technology,glass solder optical-fiber sealing technology,metallized optical-fiber welding sealing technology),the sealing technology of optical-fiber bulkhead connector which is most suitable for high pressure differential field is summarized,that is,metallized optical-fiber welding sealing technology.The main technologies and the selection of solder involved in the realization of metallized optical-fiber welding seals are introduced in detail,and the concrete implementation process is introduced through examples.The experiments verify that metallized optical-fiber welding sealing technology can be used as optical-fiber bulkhead connector seals in high pressure differential field.
