深水管节沉放施工水下可更换穿舱密封系统设计及应用

摘要 针对深水管节沉放施工过程中沉管穿舱件密封及出现问题及时更换的需要,设计了一种深水沉管水下可更换穿舱密封系统。文章详细介绍了该系统的机械组成、设计原理及水下更换操作流程,并对该系统的密封性能进行了试验验证。该系统在深中通道深水管节沉放施工过程中进行了应用,结果表明该系统具有很强的适应性和可靠性,完全满足深中通道深水管节沉放施工的各项水密指标要求,并可在穿舱件出现问题时方便更换。试验结果表明此系统可为更大水深、更复杂海况管节沉放施工提供技术保障。 In response to meet the need of sealing and timely replacement of immersed tube penetration component during deep water immersed tunnel sinking construction,an underwater replaceable penetration sealing system for deep water immersed tube has been designed.The mechanical composition,design principle,and underwater replacement operation flow of the system are introduced in detail,and the sealing performance of the system is verified by experiment.The system has been applied in the process of deep water immersed tunnel sinking construction in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link project,and the results show that the system has strong adaptability and reliability.It fully meets the requirements of various watertight indexes in the deep water immersed tunnel sinking construction in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,and can be easily replaced in case of component issues.The experimental results confirm that this system can provide technical assurance for deep water immersed tunnel construction in larger water depths and more complex sea conditions in the future.
