摘要
目的研究芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者的临床效果及对N-端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法选取我院2014年3月至2018年12月收治的300例慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组接受常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服芪苈强心胶囊。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的70.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组LVEF、SV显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肺部啰音、呼吸困难、下肢水肿改善情况均优于对照组,NT-proBNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作效果显著,可改善患者心功能,缓解心力衰竭症状,降低NTproBNP水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of patients with acute attack of chronic heart failure and the influence on N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP). Methods From March 2014 to December 2018, 300 patients with acute attack of chronic heart failure admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number method, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine anti-heart failure treatment, and the observation group took Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 70.67% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the LVEF and SV in the two groups increased significantly, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of lung rale, dyspnea and lower extremity edema in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the level of NT-proBNP was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule is effective in the treatment of acute attack of chronic heart failure, it can improve the heart function of patients, relieve the symptoms of heart failure, and reduce the level of NT-proBNP, which is worthy of clinical application.
