芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性ST2的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊对慢性收缩性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能、血清可溶性基质裂解素2(ST2)及N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法 80例病因不同的CHF患者随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规抗心力衰竭的治疗,芪苈强心组在常规抗心力衰竭的治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊(4粒,每日3次),2组疗程均为6个月。观察2组治疗前后左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离,分别采用电化学发光免疫法和酶联免疫法测定血清可溶性ST2及NT-proBNP水平。结果治疗后,芪苈强心组LVEDD、可溶性ST2及NT-proBNP比治疗前及对照组显著减少(P均<0.05),芪苈强心组的LVEF、6 min步行距离比治疗前及对照组显著增加(P均<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF可改善左室功能,降低血清可溶性ST2及NT-proBNP水平。 Objective It is to observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on cardiac function, serum soluble ST2 and NT- proBNP in patients with chronic systolic heart failure (CHF). Methods 80 cases of patients with CHF were divided into two groups according to different causes, each group bad 40 cases. The control group (40 cases) was treated with the rou- tine treatment of anti-CHF. Qiliqiangxin group(g0 cases) was treated with extra therapy with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of treatment in the control group (4 capsules, 3 times daily). The courses of treatment were 6 months in both groups. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) , left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and 6 min walking distance were observed and serum soluble ST'2 and NT-proBNP were measured by using electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immnnosorbent assay in the two groups before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, LVEDD, soluble ST2 and NT-proBNP of Qiliqiangxin group was decreased significantly and LVEF, 6rain walking distance was in- creased significantly compared with those before treatment and in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule can increase LVEF of patients with CHF, recover the function of left ventricular and lower the levels of serum solu- ble ST2 and NT-proBNP in the treatment of CHF.
