摘要 针对单纯采用NaOH催化合成水溶性酚醛树脂交联剂易自聚、现场存放期短的问题,通过查阅资料和试验研究,研制了NaOH和Ba(OH)2复合催化剂、采取两步碱催化合成工艺制备水溶性酚醛树脂交联剂的方法。经室内对产品评价,合成的水溶性酚醛树脂交联剂不但现场存放有效期延长,而且与聚丙烯酰胺交联形成的凝胶性能稳定。通过在华北油田路36断块4口井深部调驱现场应用,对应油井累计增油6483t,取得了较好的应用效果。 The water soluble phenolic resin cross-linking agent catalyzed and synthesized by NaOH alone has some deficiencies,such as the easy self-polymerization,the short storage period in field and so on.To address these issues,through access to information and experimental research,a composite catalyst of NaOH and Ba(OH)2 is developed,aa two-step alkali catalytic synthesis process is used.Laboratory test evaluation shows that the water soluble phenolic resin cross-linking gent not only has an extended shelf life,but also has stable gel properties formed by crosslinking with polyacrylamide.Field application is carried out in 4 wells in Block LU36 of Huabei Oilfield,accumulated oil increase is 6483t in corresponding wells,better effect is obtained in application.
