摘要
采用均相法合成聚苯醚,研究了温度、催化剂比例对聚合反应的影响。从聚合物产率,副产物产率,反应速率以及分子量的控制确定了最佳聚合工艺。成功合成出一系列分子量低于10000的聚合物,产率均在70%以上。将均相合成低分子量产物与高分子量产物以及非均相合成产物进行对比,其分子量分布,特性黏度与羟值更好,且多样化。开辟了一种合成一系列产物的新思路。
The polyphenylene ether was synthesized by homogeneous method.The effects of temperature and catalyst ratios on the polymerization were studied.The optimum polymerization process was determined from the control of polymer yield,byproduct yield,reaction rate and molecular weight.A series of polymer with a molecular weight of less than 10000 were successfully synthesized,and the yield was above 70%.Comparing homogeneously synthesized low molecular weight products with high molecular weight products and heterogeneous synthetic products,the molecular weight distribution,intrinsic viscosity and hydroxyl value content were better and diversified.A new way to synthesize a series of products was developed.
