摘要
分析了聚合釜中氯乙烯自聚的原因和危害,通过涂釜操作优化、聚合釜充氮管线改造、全自动清釜机器人替代人工操作清釜机器人,改善了自聚现象,延长了聚合釜使用周期.
The reason and harm of vinyl chloride self-polymerization in polymerizer were analyzed.Through optimizing the operation of coating kettle,reforming the nitrogen filling pipeline of polymerizer and replacing the manual operated cleaning kettle robot w让h fiiD-automatic robot,self-polymerization phenomenon was lightened and the operation cycle of polymerizer was extended.
