摘要
脂肪干细胞具有多向分化能力和丰富的旁分泌功能,且因为其来源广泛、取材方便及组织损伤小等优点已成为细胞治疗和组织工程应用的理想工具。而面部年轻化一直是整形美容领域的热点,其中皮肤抗衰老又是重中之重,脂肪干细胞在皮肤抗衰老方面的作用吸引广大学者研究探讨。本文从离体实验、在体实验及临床应用三个方面综述脂肪干细胞在皮肤抗衰老方面的研究进展,以确定下一步研究的方向,为临床治疗提供更多可靠的依据。
Adipose-derived stem cells have multi-directional differentiation ability and rich paracrine function,and have become an ideal tool for cell therapy and tissue engineering because of their wide sources,convenient materials,and small tissue damage.The application of facial rejuvenation has always been a hot spot in the field of plastic surgery.Among them,skin antiaging is the most important thing.The role of adipose-derived stem cells in skin anti-aging has attracted researchers to study.In this paper,the research progress of adipose-derived stem cells in skin anti-aging is reviewed from three aspects:in vitro experiment,in vivo experiment and clinical application,to determine the direction of further research and provide more reliable basis for clinical treatment.
