摘要
目的 评估OGP智能逆龄射频仪改善女性面部肌肤皱纹及质地的功效及安全性。方法 按照受试者入选标准和排除标准(需每项均符合)随机招募女性受试者,按规定使用该产品进行8周的面部皮肤治疗,分别于第2周、4周、8周采集数据,进行面部皮肤经皮水分流失、皮肤弹性、皮肤皱纹及皮肤紧致度等参数的检测,并记录整个测试期间出现的不良反应事件。结果 使用该产品进行面部治疗的第2周、4周、8周,面部皮肤经皮水分流失(TEWL)值、皮肤紧致度F4、皮肤弹性参数R2、皮肤光泽度值、皮肤粗糙度参数SEr、皮肤平滑度参数SEsm、皮肤皱纹等均有显著改善(P <0.05),且测试期间未出现任何不良反应。结论 该测试产品能够安全有效的达到抗皱、紧致皮肤的功效,且适用于敏感皮肤。
Objective To evaluate the effifficacy and safety of OGP intelligent reverse aging radiofrequency instrument in improving facial wrinkles and texture in women.Methods Female subjects were randomly recruited according to the subject inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data were collected at weeks 2,4 and 8 to measure parameters such as transdermal moisture loss,skin elasticity,skin wrinkles and skin fifirmness of the facial skin,and to record any adverse events that occurred during the test period.Results At weeks 2,4 and 8 of the facial treatment with the product,TEWL,F4,R2,SEr,SEsm and wrinkle levels improved signifificantly(P<0.05),and there were no adverse reactions during the test period.Conclusion The tested product was safe and effffective in achieving anti-wrinkle and skin tightening effffects and was suitable for sensitive skin.
