摘要
目的通过对凉拌菜样品进行大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7的检测,了解该菌对凉拌菜类食品的污染状况。方法于2017年10月依照GB 4789.36-2016对采集的样品进行大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7的分离与鉴定。结果从凉拌菜中检出2株与大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7高度相似的细菌,结果鉴定为非脱羧勒克菌,属于阿氏肠杆菌。结论从凉拌菜中检出2株基因型不相同的非脱羧勒克菌。
Objective To understand the contamination status of the escherichia coli O157:H7on salad by detecting escherichia coli O157:H7on salad samples.Methods In accordance with GB 4789.36-2016,collected samples were separated and identified for escherichia coli O157:H7in October 2017.Results A total of 2strains of bacteria from salad were checked out,which had close similarities with escherichia coli O157:H7,and the result agreed with leclercia adecarboxylata,which belonged to enterobacter aspergillus.Conclusion The 2strains of bacteria tested from the salad are different genotype leclercia adecarboxylata.
