非脱羧勒克菌是一种罕见的微生物,也是人类的条件致病菌。在对一份速冻南瓜泥样品实施大肠杆菌项目检验的过程中分离到一可疑菌株,经染色镜检、IMViC生化实验、VITEK自动生化鉴定和附加实验确认为非脱羧勒克菌。描述了检验、分离和鉴定的过程,并对食品中大肠杆菌项目的检验和非脱羧勒克菌的研究进行了探讨。
Leclercia adecarboxylata is a rare microoorganism,but also a human opportunistic pathogen.A suspected strain was isolated from a sample of frozen pumpkin paste when tested for Escherichia coli.The strain was identified as L.adecarboxylata through morphological test,IMViC,VITEK and additional test.The process of inspection,isolation and identification was described in detail,and the quarantine of E.coli and the study of L.adecarboxylata were discussed.
