摘要
目前,高校排名越来越受到学生、家长以及社会的关注,各种排行榜也层出不穷,但排名的可信度与科学性取决于数据的真实性和所用统计分析方法的先进性.综合利用主成分分析与熵值法对北京地区的35所高校综合实力进行科学分析、评估后,给出了排名,同时,也从数据分析中发现了高校可以进一步改进的问题,提出了意见与建议.
Nowadays,the ranking of universities has drawn more and more attentions from students,their parents and society.There are a lot of various university ranking lists.However their reliability and scientificity depend on the authenticity of data and advancement of statistical methods.In this paper we combine principal component analysis and entropy method to evaluate the comprehensive strengths of 35 universities in Beijing and give their ranking.We also offer universities some suggestions regarding the improvement of teaching quality and discipline construction.
