摘要
试验采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了在平遥中药基地采集的2年生不同月份远志中远志皂苷的含量。结果表明,远志中远志皂苷的含量在3—10月分别为0.484%,0.358%,0.607%,0.687%,1.376%,0.941%,1.308%,1.821%,远志皂苷含量逐月升高,10月达到最高,即远志秋收时间为10月。研究结果可为中药远志的采收时期及远志资源的开发与利用提供理论依据。
The content of Polygala tenuifolia saponins in two-year-old Polygala tenuifolia Willd collected in Pingyao traditional Chinese medicine base in different months was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the contents of Polygala tenuifolia saponins were 0.484%,0.358%,0.607%,0.687%,1.376%,0.941%,1.308% and 1.821% in March-October,respectively.The content of Polygala tenuifolia saponins increased month by month and reached the highest level in October,that is,the autumn harvest time of Polygala tenuifolia Willd was October.The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the harvest period of Polygala tenuifolia Willd and the development and utilization of Polygala tenuifolia Willd resources.
