摘要
本文对四面刨进给系统的结构特点进行分析并对其运动进行设计研究,以期优化四面刨的结构设计。首先,对四面刨的功能进行阐述,确定四面刨结构设计的整体布局。其次,对四面刨进给系统的结构特点进行分析,利用Solidworks软件对其结构进行三维设计。最后,对四面刨进给系统的运动进行设计研究。本文所述内容为改善四面刨切削木材的精度和效率,提高木材加工类企业的生产效率奠定基础,可供有关厂商、技术人员参考。
In this paper,the structural characteristics of the feed system of four-sided planer are analyzed and its motion is de signed in order to optimize the structural design of four-sided planer.Firstly,the function of the four-sided planer is elaborated,and the overall layout of the structure design of the four-sided planer is determined.Secondly,the structure characteristics of the four-sid ed planer feed system are analyzed,and its structure is designed in three-dimensional by using Solidworks software.Finally,the mo tion of the feed system of four-sided planer is designed and studied.The contents mentioned in this paper lay a foundation for improv ing the accuracy and efficiency of wood cutting by four-sided planer and improving the production efficiency of wood processing en terprises,which can be referred by relevant manufacturers and technicians.
