摘要
过去所采用的龙门刨床仅仅可以对零件的表面进行刨削。现在所刨削的椭圆柱面零件,传统的龙门刨床则无法满足要求,因此一定要对其采取数控改进。文中具体讨论了龙门刨床在改进期间所要研究的电气控制、传感器使用等方面的技术,从而提升了加工精度,全面加强了数控刨削椭圆柱面的加工效果。
The gantry planer used in the past can only planer the surface of parts.Now the elliptical cylindrical parts planed,the traditional gantry planer cannot meet the requirements,so it must be improved by numerical control.In this paper,the technology of electrical control and sensor usage of the gantry planer in the improvement period were discussed in detail,so as to improve the processing accuracy and enhance the processing effect of NC planer for elliptical cylinder in an all-round way.
