摘要 课堂教学是大学生专业素质教育的重要阵地。能否培养出高质量人才,很大程度上取决于课堂教学质量的高低。本文分析了教师、学生、教学内容和教学方法等课堂教学构成要素,在此基础上探讨了成功课堂教学的标志及主要影响因素;结合当前大学课堂教学普遍存在的问题,提出了以学生为本的“知识传授、能力培养、价值引领”三位一体的教学模式,并围绕教师、学生、教学内容及方法、外部环境等主要影响因素,提出了成功课堂教学的若干策略。本文的研究旨在提高课堂教学质量,培养具有创新能力的人才。 Classroom teaching is an important position in the professional quality education of college students.The quality of training talents depends largely on the quality of classroom teaching.This paper analyzes the elements of classroom teaching,including teachers,students,teaching content and teaching methods.The signs of successful classroom teaching and the main influence factors of success are discussed in the paper.Based on the analysis of the current problems in classroom teaching of university,the student-oriented trinity teaching mode of"knowledge transferring,ability training,value leading"is proposed,and some strategies for successful classroom teaching are proposed,which are based on the main influencing factors of teachers,students,teaching content and methods,and external environment.The research of this paper helps to improve the quality of classroom teaching and cultivate talents with innovative ability.
