摘要 随着社会经济条件的不断改善,人们对食品消费的需求逐渐增加,特别是对食品的安全性需求不断增强,但食品安全事故频发,食品安全已成为社会关注的热点。能否保证食品安全,不仅关系到人民群众的身体健康,而且直接关系到国民经济和人民生活。因此,基于食品安全问题,必须审查食品安全风险评估体系的实施状况,并采取有效措施应对食品安全风险。本文主要对我国食品安全风险评估制度的现状进行分析,并对食品安全风险评估的重要性和实施措施进行阐述。 With the continuous improvement of social and economic conditions,people’s demand for food consumption has gradually increased,especially the safety of food consumption has increased.With the advent of food safety accidents,food safety has become a hot spot of social concern.Whether food safety can be guaranteed is not only related to the health of the people,but also directly related to the national economy and people’s lives.Therefore,based on food safety issues,China must review the implementation of the food safety risk assessment system and take effective measures to address food safety risks.This paper mainly analyzes the current status of China’s food safety risk assessment system,and elaborates on the importance and implementation measures of food safety risk assessment.
