摘要
借鉴内生增长模型和技能偏向型技术进步模型,考察进口复杂度对产业结构升级的影响,理论分析表明,产业结构升级与人力资本和进口产品复杂度水平适宜度有关。实证分析发现:在"一带一路"沿线国家范围内,制造业进口复杂度的提升均有利于产业结构升级,能源类行业进口复杂度的提升对产业结构升级的影响为负向显著。在"一带一路"沿线国家范围内,中国应提高制造业进口复杂度,扩大中、低技术行业进口规模,同时减少进口高复杂度能源产品,提升国内能源产品的提炼、加工和利用效率,鼓励发展新能源以形成对传统能源的替代。
Taking the countries along the“Belt and Road”as samples,this paper uses the fitness theory and the reflection method to calculate the import complexity of 34 industrial sectors in China in the past 1998-2016 years,and examines its impact on the upgrading of China's industrial structure.It is found that the upgrading of import complexity of high technology and low technology industries is beneficial to upgrading the industrial structure in the range of countries along the “Belt and Road”.The conclusion of the study is to enhance the import complexity of the manufacturing sector and expand the import scale of the low technology industry,reduce the import of high complexity energy products,improve the efficiency of refining,processing and utilization of domestic energy products,and encourage the development of new energy sources to form an alternative to traditional energy sources.
