摘要
贵州开放大学的建设需要在贵州广播电视大学四十年现代远程开放教育办学经验的基础上,寻找创新点,提出契合贵州省情的发展目标,科学制定质量标准,夯实办学基础。文章围绕贵州开放大学的发展目标、办学质量标准、基本办学条件、信息化建设、保障性政策措施五个基本建设因素进行深入分析,提出了科学、具体、可行的建设构想。
The construction of Guizhou open university needs to find innovative points on the basis of forty years of experience in running modern distance open education in Guizhou Radio&TV University,put forward development goals that fit the situation of Guizhou province,scientifically formulate quality standards,and consolidate the foundation of running a school.The author of this thesis makes an in-depth analysis on the five basic construction factors of Guizhou Open University,including its development goals,quality standards,basic conditions for running schools,informatization construction and safeguard policies and measures,and puts forward scientific,concrete and feasible construction ideas.
