摘要
加强教师队伍培训工作,是提高国家开放大学学习中心(以下简称学习中心)教师队伍专业化水平的重要途径。近年来,随着国家开放大学建设的全面推进,国家开放大学启动实施了一系列面向基层学习中心教师队伍的培训项目,在加强学习中心教师队伍建设与提高学习中心教师队伍专业化水平方面,取得了显著成效。然而,由于历史欠账太多,学习中心师资队伍培训工作依然存在许多困难和问题,面对教师队伍建设的新形势,以问题为导向,进一步加强学习中心教师队伍培训模式创新,建立极富针对性和实效性的学习中心教师队伍培训模式,从而为全面提高学习中心教师队伍专业化水平提供强劲的助力平台。
It is clear that strengthening teachers’ training is an important way to improve the professional level of teachers in the learning center of the national open university. In recent years,Chinese national open universities have launched and implemented a series of training programs for teachers in primary level of learning centers, which have achieved remarkable attainments. However, due to historical reasons, teachers’ training work is faced with some difficulties and problems. In the new era, the learning center should use problem-oriented method, strengthen learning center teachers’ training model innovation, and establish a highly targeted and effective training model. Only in that way, can learning center provide a strong platform for improving the professional level of teachers.
