摘要
根据中央电大“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目研究工作的要求,必须重视四支队伍建设,而教师队伍建设尤为重要,本文就目前电大的专兼职教师现状进行分析,并对专兼职教师进行管理、培训和提高提出建议。
According to the demand of the project by the Central TV University “The Reform of Personnel Training Mode and ,the Pilot Project of Open Education”, attention must be paid to the building up of four contingents, in which it is the most important to build up teacher contingent. The thesis analyzes the current situation of part-time teachers in TV university, and puts forwards some suggestions of how to manage, train and improve them.
