摘要 当前我国开放大学正处于转型发展的关键时期,开放大学教师同普通高校教师一样,承担着教育者、研究者和知识分子三重角色。通过不同类型的角色扮演,履行社会职责,展示自我个性,实现自身价值。然而,由于不同角色之间差异较大,难以有效调和,因此该群体正面临着教学与研究、学术与行政、批判与规训等一系列矛盾与问题,这也决定了他们的生存境遇,从而影响其精神面貌。客观地认识和分析开放大学教师角色冲突及其诱因,对促进该群体发展、提升他们的素养以及实现开放大学顺利转型具有深远意义。 Open University in China is in the transformation development period. Similar to the teachers in general universities,teachers in Open University play the triple roles of educators,researchers and intellectuals. They fulfill social duties,show individual characters and realize their own values by playing different roles. However,due to the large differences among different roles,it is difficult to reconcile with each other effectively,and the teachers are facing with a series of contradictions and problems,such as teaching and research,the academic and administration,criticism and discipline,which also determine their survival situations and affect their mental outlook. It is of far-reaching significance to promote the teachers development,improve their quality and realize the smooth transformation of Open University by objectively understanding and analyzing the role conflicts and the causes.
