摘要
伴随经济的发展,中国越来越关注经济增长的质量问题,绿色经济发展引起了政府以及社会的普遍关注,由此,绿色经济效率成为学者关注的焦点。论文从影响绿色经济效率关键因素环境规制出发,利用超效率DEA模型测算了中国区域绿色经济效率,在此基础上采用系统GMM模型验证了环境规制对中国区域生态效率的影响,结论显示环境规制对全国样本及分样本东中西部区域的绿色经济效率的影响呈现不同特征,最后在实证分析基础上提出了提升绿色经济效率的对策建议。
With the development of economy,China is paying more and more attention to the quality of economic growth.The development of green economy has aroused the general attention of the government and society,so the efficiency of green economy has become the focus of scholars.This article embarks from the key factors affecting green economy efficiency of environmental regulation,the use of super efficiency DEA model to measure the efficiency of China regional green economy.On the basis,the system GMM model is used to verify the influence of environmental regulation on China’s regional ecological efficiency.The conclusion shows that environmental regulation of the samples and sample points east green economic efficiency in the central and western regions has different characteristics.On the basis of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to increase the economic efficiency of the green.
